Role & Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to US insurance companies.
- Follow up on unpaid, denied, or pending claims.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits.
- Update call details and insurance information accurately.
- Maintain quality, productivity, and confidentiality standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Freshers with good English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 13 years of experience in AR and IV Calling, Eligibility Verification, Medical Billing, or US Healthcare are preferred.
- Good communication, listening, and basic computer skills.
- Willingness to work in permanent night shifts.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Note: Candidates graduated before 2025 are not eligible for this position.
