Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled IPDRG Coder with 1.5 to 3 years of experience in medical coding. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of inpatient coding guidelines and DRG assignment processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Review and assign accurate ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and DRG codes for inpatient records.
- Ensure coding accuracy, completeness, and compliance with coding guidelines.
- Analyze medical records, physician documentation, and clinical data for appropriate code assignment.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve coding-related queries.

Required Skills :

- Strong understanding of Inpatient Medical Coding and DRG methodology.
- Knowledge of ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and reimbursement processes.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet productivity targets.

Mandatory Requirement

CCS (Certified Coding Specialist) Certification is Mandatory
