- Reviewing daily customer schedules Portal (e.g., HMI, MOBIS, CEER).
- Check raw material availability.
- Running MRP and ensuring material availability before production.
- Releasing production orders through the ERP system.
- Coordinating with Warehouse for RM issue and FG receipt.
- Monitoring line stoppage risks due to material shortages.
- Tracking customer dispatch commitments and recovery plans.
- Managing Engineering Change (ECN) implementation and production planning adjustments.
- Supporting inventory optimization through FIFO, safety stock, and cycle count coordination
- Review customer schedules and sales orders.
- Valuable Knowledge in ERP System _ SAP PP module.
Educational Qualification: B.E / B. Tech in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering.
