Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and focused individual to join our team as an AR caller.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets such as call quality, average handling time.
- Adhere to company guidelines and processes to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Continuously improve knowledge and communication skills.
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.

Preferred candidate profile

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Prior experience in a customer support or call center environment preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Candidates have to join within a week




- Flexible to work in US shifts.
- Role - AR calling
- Must be ready to work in Night shift
- Two way cab is free of cost
- Work from office only (No work from home)
