Roles and Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries via email, chat, and web chat platforms.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customers' issues.
- English Chat support.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 1-2 years of experience in non-voice processes such as email support or chat processing.
- Positive communication skills in English (Oral & written)
- Should have basic knowledge about telecom process.
- Should have typing skill.
- Should have knowledge to draft mail.

Eligibility & Shift Details:

- Shift: 7AM-12AM window in that you will get any 9 hrs. (Rotational Shift)
- Qualification: Any Degree (UG & PG both can apply)
Experience: Min 1 yr in any BPO (Mandatory)

Salary

- 21,000 CTC / 17,000 TH
