Role- Associate / Sr. Associate Accounting & General Ledger

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in any Audit Firm with strong knowledge of accounting processes.

Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in R2R (Record to Report) / General Ledger from BPO/KPO organizations are also eligible.

Key Requirements:

Sound understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

Hands-on experience in General Ledger accounting and month-end activities.

Experience in reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and financial reporting.

Positive analytical and communication skills.

Team Leader General Ledger

CTC: Up to 10 Lakhs per annum

Location: Chennai (Candidates willing to relocate may also apply)

Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance

Experience:





Minimum 8+ years of experience in Accounting and Financial Services.

Mandatory experience in R2R / General Ledger processes.

Candidates currently working as Acting Team Lead or Team Leader in BPO/KPO organizations are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage General Ledger and R2R operations.

Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing activities.

Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.

Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Mentor team members and monitor performance metrics.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
