Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Field Executive to support our banking/loan operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fieldwork, customer interaction, and documentation related to loan processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customers to collect and verify required documents for loan processing.
- Conduct field verification as per company guidelines
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers for pending amount.
- Ensure timely submission of documents to the internal team .
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience as a Field Executive in banking, loan, or financial services
- Must own a two-wheeler/vehicle for field visits
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and local language
- Basic understanding of loan processes and documentation.
- Familiar with local areas and routes
