About the Role-

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in the IT services industry who are passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities-
Generate qualified leads through proactive outbound prospecting activities.
Conduct outbound cold calls per day to identify potential business opportunities.
Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Schedule discovery meetings and introductory calls for the Sales and Pre-Sales teams.
Identify, qualify, and nurture prospects within enterprise organizations.
Conduct customer surveys and gather market intelligence to improve outreach effectiveness.
Identify and invite target customers to webinars, events, and marketing campaigns.
Maintain accurate prospect information and activity records in CRM systems.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and pipeline growth.




Support customer relationship-building activities and participate in client meetings when required.
Travel occasionally (up to 10%) to support customer engagement and relationship management.

Required Skills & Qualifications-
3-8 years of Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Business Development, or Sales Development experience within the IT Services or Software Services industry.
Proven experience in outbound prospecting and enterprise lead generation.
Strong cold-calling experience with the ability to manage high daily call volumes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and lead qualification methodologies.
Ability to work independently while consistently achieving sales activity targets.
Strong organisational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Positive attitude, self-motivated mindset, and eagerness to learn.

Willingness to work in US shifts/night shifts as business requires.
