1. Ensure suitable vendors are inducted on need basis and evaluate the existing vendors performance periodically.
2. Ensure subcontracted item delivery meets the production department's requirements. Develop cost cutting mechanisms through replacement/substitution processes and vendors.
3. Explore altering or developing formulations and assist the team in reducing costs.
4. To ensure ZERO defects due to quality variation in subcontracted items, place orders using our technical data sheet (TDC), sketch, specification and scope of work to guarantee compliance.
5. Cost-effectively plan vehicle movement for subcontracting equipment.
6. Review and resolve highly complex issues affecting company compliance and ensure satisfaction of company and customer objectives.
7. Coordinate with the production department for P.O. preparation and provide related documents.
