Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Management

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely recording of financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and other financial records.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare financial reports for management review.

Tally & MIS Reporting

- Maintain and update accounts in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Generate MIS reports, financial summaries, and analytical reports.
- Ensure proper maintenance of vouchers, ledgers, and accounting records in Tally.
- Perform periodic data verification and ensure accuracy of financial information.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

- Ensure timely preparation and filing of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Qualified Tax returns.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in internal and external audits.

Payroll & Budgeting





- Oversee payroll processing and salary disbursement.
- Prepare annual budgets and monitor budget utilization.
- Analyze expenses and suggest cost-control measures.

Team Coordination

- Supervise and guide junior accounting staff.
- Coordinate with various departments for financial documentation and approvals.
- Ensure proper documentation and record management.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, and ESI compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and other MS Office applications.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in Educational Institutions, Hospitals, Manufacturing, or Corporate Organizations will be preferred.
