Experience: 4+ Years (Team Lead role requires 2+ years of team handling experience)

What We're Looking For

Experience in Order Management or Supply Chain Management.

Media/Publishing industry experience is preferred.

Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and distribution processes.

Experience in managing daily operations, SLA/KPI, productivity, quality, and team performance.

Ability to handle client/stakeholder communication and resolve escalations.

Experience in process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives.

Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualification: Any Graduate
