Role Summary:

We are seeking a energetic and strategic Business Head to drive overall business growth, project delivery, and operational excellence across Production and Immersive experiences.

This role requires a strong leader who can seamlessly integrate business strategy, revenue generation, production management and delivery, while aligning creative vision with commercial success.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the film industry, coupled with expertise in management, logistics, technology, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop Business strategy that align with the organisation goals and vision
- Plan, organize, and manage all stages of film production, from pre-production to post-production, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Own end-to-end delivery of traditional and Immersive projects ( VR and digital experiences)
- Identify potential production risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
- Forecast financial performance and ensure sustainable growth
- Identify new revenue streams including OTT, distribution, brand partnerships, and IP monetization
- Drive business development initiatives and strategic partnerships
- Lead client engagements, negotiations,



and strategic accounts
- Build scalable systems and SOPs
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across production, creative, technology, and business
- Explore ancillary revenue streams including licensing, merchandising, and digital extensions
- Stay updated on market trends, competition, and emerging opportunities
- Monitor profitability across projects and business verticals

Qualifications & Experience:

- 7 to 15+ years of relevant experience in Film, Media, Production, Or Immersive Industries
- Masters in Management Degree
- Proven track record in Business Development, Revenue Generation, And Project Delivery
- Strong understanding of Content Production, Distribution, And Monetization
- Experience Working With OTT Platforms, Brands, Or Large-scale productions is preferred
- Fluency in English, Hindi And Tamil
