Experience :1012+ years in IT with solid experience in Retail / POS / Omnichannel systems

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Road mapping, solutioning, and enterprise architecture across commerce + store touchpoints, so integration choices align to the future unified commerce roadmap
- Key Design authority, Discovery decisions,



Guard Rails & boardroom to server room decisions
- Delivers Target State Biz, Technology & Deployment architecture, Operating Models
- Identification of Legacy system touchpoints, changes, risks, costs
- Total Cost of ownership, Implementation Solution owner
- Design end-to-end system architecture integrating ERP, CRM, loyalty, payments, and eCommerce
- Act as domain authority for pricing, promotions, inventory, loyalty, payments, returns
- Establish integration frameworks (API, middleware, data models)
- Collaborate with stakeholders and support solutioning / pre-sales / RFPs
