Roles and Responsibilities

- Oversee all construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.

- Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to deliver high-quality results.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 23-28 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (building construction, high rise building).

- Robust knowledge of real estate construction, township development, residential projects (villas/apartments), finishing works.

- Excellent understanding of MEP systems (mechanical electrical plumbing) installation & execution.

- Proficiency in QS (quantity surveying) principles for cost estimation & contracts management.
