Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

- 7+ year Experience in ReactJS /Redux/Saga
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in .Net MVC 4/5/6 , .Net core
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Web API
- Demonstrate ability to identify, define, create, and apply new architectural design patterns and standards to extremely complex problems.
- Must be able to develop responsive UI using react, make api calls and write test cases using jest testing framework for both existing code and current projects.
- Should be able to do .net core Microservice API development.
- Engage and complete work assignments which are often self-initiated.
- Must be able to perform under tight timeframes and execute problem solving skills.
- Experience with Agile development process and practices.
- Codes software applications to adhere to designs supporting business requirements.




- Strong troubleshooting abilities in distributed multi-tier enterprise environment.
- Create automated unit tests for both existing code and new projects.
- Excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills with the ability to identify solutions and drive for solution implementation.

Good-to-Have

- Jest testing framework, Media query, Angularjs, Bootstrap
- Having knowledge in Datadog or Dynatrace
