We are looking for an E-Commerce Dispatch Executive to manage daily order processing and dispatch operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and dispatch orders from Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Meesho.
- Coordinate picking, packing, invoicing, and shipping.
- Ensure timely dispatch as per marketplace SLAs.
- Maintain inventory records and stock reconciliation.
- Coordinate with courier partners and warehouse team.
- Prepare daily dispatch and inventory reports.
- Handle returns and resolve dispatch-related issues.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce, warehouse, or dispatch operations.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, Myntra, or Meesho seller warehouse operations is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of ERP/WMS and MS Excel.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
