Role & responsibilities

- Lead PHE & Firefighting design and engineering activities for various projects.
- Prepare PHE & Firefighting design calculations, load calculations, and equipment selection.
- Develop PHE & Fire layouts, STP Room, WTP Room, Pump Room, and FF/FA/PA designs.
- Review and approve design drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Architectural teams.
- Ensure compliance with NBC, and relevant standards.
- Participate in client meetings and provide technical support.
- Manage project schedules and ensure timely delivery of design deliverables.
- Guide and mentor junior engineers and design team members.
- Support BIM/Revit-based project execution.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.E./B.Tech - Any Specialization




- 5-10 years of experience in PHE or Firefighting Design and MEP Consultancy.
- Robust knowledge of PHE & Firefighting systems, STP Room, WTP Room, Pump Room and FF/FA/PA design.
- Experience in Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, Hospitality, and Industrial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and BIM workflows.
- Knowledge of NBC, and relevant design standards.
- Experience in project coordination, client interactions, and design reviews.
- Ability to lead and manage a team of design engineers.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to work from Chennai and travel for project-related requirements when necessary.
