About the Role:

We re hiring a Business Analyst who can own the bridge between business problems and engineering delivery. You ll be expected to independently run requirement discussions, challenge and clarify solutions with engineering, assess impact, and drive feature delivery from problem definition to handoff.This is not a coordination/documentation-only role. You ll be measured on your ability to think through solutions, make tradeoffs, and translate ambiguous business needs into clear, actionable engineering inputs.

Key Responsibilities,

Requirement Ownership:

Lead discovery and requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders independently. Articulate business problems clearly and break them down into solvable components. Own feature-level scope, acceptance criteria, and priorities.

Solution Analysis Engineering Clarification:

Work with engineering to evaluate solution options, pros/cons, and technical feasibility. Translate business requirements into clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineers can act on without rework. Clarify edge cases, data flows, and integration points directly with dev teams.

Impact Assessment Decision Making:

1. Assess business and technical impact of proposed changes. Facilitate tradeoff discussions between scope, timeline, and complexity. Make data-driven recommendations and document decisions.

2. Delivery Enablement,

3. Drive initiatives through development, QA, and release by removing blockers and clarifying requirements.



Validate delivered features against business intent. Use concrete examples and metrics to track delivery outcomes.

4. Required Skills Experience,

5. 3+ years as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role in a software product/tech setting. Proven experience independently handling requirement discussions end-to-end. Strong ability to explain feature ownership, solution options, and decision rationale. Experience translating business needs into actionable engineering requirements. Comfortable discussing technical concepts with engineers and challenging solutions when needed. Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools. Strong communication skills written and verbal. You should be able to write a PRD that needs minimal clarification.

Good to Have:

Experience in( SaaS, Fintech, E-commerce].Basic understanding of SQL, APIs, and system design concepts. Experience with data analysis for impact measurement.

What We Don t Want:

Candidates who focus only on documentation, status tracking, and meeting coordination. BA s who hand over vague requirements and expect engineering to figure it out. People who avoid direct conversations with engineering or shy away from solution discussions.
