Hiring Site migration to SpinCo, HW configuration

- Lead end-to-end IT site migrations, including office relocations, and data center/server room moves.
- Develop and execute comprehensive migration strategies, risk mitigation plans, and cutover schedules.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (vendors and business units) to ensure site readiness.
- Configure, rack, stack, and provision enterprise-grade servers (e.g., Dell, HP), storage arrays (SAN/NAS), and networking gear (switches, routers, firewalls).
- Manage physical to virtual (P2V) and virtual to virtual (V2V) hardware lifecycle migrations.
- Implement and validate backup, recovery, and high-availability (HA) solutions prior to cutover.
- Enforce corporate security standards, compliance policies, and hardware standardization protocols.




- Provide hyper care support immediately post-migration to troubleshoot and resolve escalated IT issues.
- Certifications (Preferred): Google Cloud Skilled Cloud Architect,or AWS/Azure certifications.

Technical Proficiencies:

- o Hardware: Dell PowerEdge, HP ProLiant, Cisco Catalyst/Nexus, Fortinet/Palo Alto firewalls.
- o Virtualization: VMware vSphere
- o OS: Windows Server, Linux
- o Tools: Active Directory, Okta(SSO /MFA Integration)
- o GCP Cloud: Google Cloud Interconnect, VPC, Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Google Distributed Cloud (Anthos), Cloud Monitoring.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional project management, vendor management, and crisis resolution skills. Must be willing to work flexible hours/weekends for migration cutovers.
