Job Title: Business Analyst Payments (SWIFT / ISO 20022)

Experience: 5–10 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for payment and financial messaging solutions.
- Work with business and technical teams to deliver payment transformation initiatives.
- Support implementation and migration of SWIFT MT to MX (ISO 20022) messaging.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Coordinate UAT, defect management, and production support.
- Ensure compliance with payment standards and industry regulations.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Payments domain (Cross-border, RTGS, Wire Payments, SEPA, etc.).
- Hands-on knowledge of SWIFT Messaging (MT & MX) and ISO 20022 standards.
- Experience in payment message mapping, validation, and transformation.
- Solid stakeholder management and requirement analysis skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and SQL is an added advantage.

Preferred: Experience in payment modernization or SWIFT CBPR+ migration projects.
