This role focuses on content ideation, strategy, and execution, working closely with the design/video team to bring ideas to life.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands trends deeply, and can translate insights into high-performing content strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy

- Develop monthly and weekly content plans for all brands.

- Identify content opportunities based on trends, cultural moments, and platform algorithms.

Content Ideation

- Generate creative ideas for posts, reels, carousels, and campaigns.

- Adapt content strategies to suit different audiences:

Trend Analysis

- Track social media trends, viral formats, and emerging content styles.

- Identify opportunities to leverage trends for brand growth.

Execution Coordination

- Work closely with designers and editors to:

Ensure timely execution of content.

Performance Monitoring

- Track content performance and engagement metrics.

- Suggest improvements based on data and insights.

Required Skills

- Robust understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube content ecosystems.

- Ability to analyze trends and turn them into content ideas.

- Strong writing and communication skills.

- Familiarity with content planning tools (Notion, Google Sheets, Trello, etc.).
