- Provide nursing care to patients at their homes as per clinical protocols.
- Monitor vital signs and maintain patient records.
- Administer medications, injections, and other prescribed treatments.
- Assist patients with daily healthcare needs and recovery plans.
- Educate patients and family members on health management and care procedures.
- Coordinate with doctors and healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
Requirements:
- GNM/B.Sc Nursing qualification.
- Valid nursing registration.
- Positive communication and patient care skills.
- Willingness to travel for home visits.
