We are looking for a confident communicator and customer-focused Client Relationship Management (CRM) Executive to manage client enquiries and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
The role involves handling industrial leasing enquiries from the initial inquiry to transaction closure, understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining CRM records, scheduling site visits, and ensuring timely follow-ups. The ideal candidate should also be able to identify enquiries related to land, design, approvals, construction, funding, or investments and connect clients with the appropriate internal team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound enquiries received through calls, emails, WhatsApp, website, and property portals.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable industrial leasing solutions.
- Manage leasing enquiries from inquiry to closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless client support.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings and site visits.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and regular follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Deliver a professional and responsive customer experience.
Preferred Experience
2-5 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Customer Service, Banking, Hospitality, Insurance, BPO, Commercial Real Estate, or other customer-facing roles.
- Experience in industrial or commercial real estate is an added advantage but not mandatory.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil English and Hindi (Mandatory).
- Energetic candidate and proactive
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn.
Qualification
Graduation is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with exceptional communication skills.
