BI Developer (Python & Microsoft Fabric) (3-5 Years Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a talented BI Developer with 3-5 years of experience in designing and developing modern Business Intelligence and analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Python. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in data modeling, ETL/ELT development, Power BI reporting, and building scalable data platforms to support enterprise reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain modern data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric.
- Build and optimize Lakehouse and Data Warehouse solutions.
- Develop Python-based data processing and analytics workflows.
- Create interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Develop ETL/ELT pipelines for integrating data from multiple enterprise systems.
- Ensure data quality, performance, and governance across BI solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver scalable analytics solutions.
- Optimize data models and reporting performance for enterprise applications.
