Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Workday R2R Functional Consultant (3-7 years of experience) to support, configure, and optimize Workday Financials. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between finance teams and system solutions, ensuring smooth month-end and year-end close activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- - Support Workday R2R functional processes, including journal entries, allocations, reconciliations, revaluations, and close activities.
- - Assist with configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of Workday Financials.
- - Partner with finance and accounting teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional system solutions.
- - Support month-end and year-end close processes seamlessly.
- - Prepare, validate, and maintain financial reports and custom dashboards.
- - Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in implementing system efficiencies.
- - Assist with integrations, security configurations,



and data conversion activities as required.
- - Document functional designs (FDDs), test scripts, and process workflows.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- - 3 to 7 years of hands-on functional experience with Workday Financials.
- - Robust domain knowledge of the Record to Report (R2R) lifecycle, General Ledger (GL), and core accounting workflows.
- - Experience with Workday Foundation Data Model (FDM) and Custom Reporting.
- - Excellent communication skills to partner effectively with core finance and accounting teams.
