Section III - Job Requirements and Responsibilities Job Requirements*

- 5 to 14 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce (SFDC) development.
- Solid experience in designing and developing solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow.
- Good understanding of Salesforce Data Model, Security Model, Sharing Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Role Hierarchy.
- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable Salesforce applications.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and third-party systems.
- Knowledge of asynchronous processing using Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Apex.
- Experience with Salesforce deployment tools such as Change Sets, Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD processes.
- Good understanding of Governor Limits and Salesforce platform best practices.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.




- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Key Responsibilities*
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow, and declarative features.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop reusable components and frameworks following Salesforce best practices.
- Integrate Salesforce with external applications and enterprise systems.
- Create and maintain technical design documents and solution architecture artifacts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Ensure application security, data integrity, and compliance with Salesforce standards.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality coding standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and project managers.
- Support release management, deployment activities, and production monitoring.
