• Ensure maximum equipment uptime and efficiency through structured maintenance planning and execution • Develop and implement maintenance schedules, checklists, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) • Drive initiatives related to Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and continuous improvement • Analyze equipment breakdowns and implement root cause corrective actions (RCCA) • Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as MTBF, MTTR, and equipment efficiency • Ensure proper documentation of maintenance logs, reports, and spare parts inventory • Optimize spare parts management and inventory control to avoid production disruptions • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards • Support installation, commissioning, and validation of new machines and equipment • Provide technical guidance and training to the maintenance team • Lead automation,

Education Work Experience Required: Preferred: Required: Preferred: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering / electrical engineering / Mechatronics or related field. Good command of English (written and spoken) Male candidates are preferred. • At least 8–10 years of relevant experience in maintenance within a manufacturing/engineering setting • Proven experience in handling production equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and process optimization • Experience in electromechanical manufacturing environments, preferably connectors, cable assemblies, or wiring harness • Exposure to automation systems, PLCs, and robotics maintenance
