Job Description : Business Associate Insights (LFC)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented Business Associate to support our Insights
team through on-ground market intelligence and data collection. This role will primarily involve
visiting key locations, tracking competitor activities, and gathering real-time insights on pricing,
supply, and demand trends. The candidate will play a critical role in enabling data-driven
decisions by ensuring accurate and timely field inputs.
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct regular on-ground market visits to capture real-time insights on:
Competitor pricing and surge trends
Supply availability and partner behavior
Demand patterns across key zones
Track and report competitor activities, including offers, pricing changes, and feature
updates.
Collect accurate data on pricing, order allocation, pings, and supply-demand gaps.
Support field surveys and research activities (SQA, GM studies,



customer & partner
feedback).
Perform sanity checks on collected data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Highlight key insights, gaps, and actionable recommendations from ground learnings.
Required Skills:
Strong attention to detail and ability to capture accurate data from the field
Prior experience in field operations / survey / market research roles..
Good observation and analytical thinking to identify patterns and insights.
Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for data entry and tracking.
Robust communication skills to interact with partners, customers, and internal teams.
Willingness to work extensively on-field across different locations.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on actionable insights.
Able to Speak in Local Language - Tamil.
