Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Training to lead trainer readiness, training operations, coaching, and learning delivery for healthcare revenue cycle (Medical Billing/AR) processes..

Key Responsibilities

- Lead onboarding, certification, and coaching of trainers.
- Conduct trainer observations and performance evaluations.
- Manage day-to-day training operations and class execution.
- Monitor attendance, assessments, certification, and trainee performance.
- Coordinate training schedules, trainers, and learning resources.
- Support capacity planning and trainer allocation.
- Maintain training reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
- Develop and update training content, presentations, facilitator guides, and assessments.
- Collaborate with Operations, HR, QA, and IT teams.




- Participate in stakeholder meetings and provide training readiness updates.
- Deliver training sessions as a backup trainer when required.

Required Skills

- 3–4 years of Training, Learning & Development, or Coaching experience.
- Healthcare Revenue Cycle / Medical Billing / AR experience preferred.
- Experience in trainer coaching, mentoring, and observations.
- Solid facilitation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of instructional design and content development.
- Experience with training analytics, reporting, and LMS platforms.
- Familiarity with Canva, Microsoft Copilot, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent stakeholder management and organizational skills.
