About Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will create engaging visual and motion-based content that supports marketing, branding, and digital communication initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to transform concepts into compelling visual experiences across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Design high-quality visual assets for digital and print platforms including social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and presentations.
- Create motion graphics, animations, and short video content to enhance brand communication and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to develop creative concepts aligned with the companys brand identity.
- Produce and edit multimedia content including graphics, videos, and animated elements.
- Ensure consistency in visual style, branding, and design standards across all communication channels.




- Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions for campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Stay updated with evolving design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative output.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design and digital content creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Adobe After Effects.
- Experience in creating both static and motion-based design content for digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of design principles, layout, color theory, and typography.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating design and motion-based work.
