Role & responsibilities

Key skills required

- Hands-on experience with LoadRunner and JMeter
- Strong understanding of Performance Testing & Performance Engineering concepts
- Experience in Load, Stress, Endurance, Volume, and Scalability Testing
- Expertise in performance analysis, bottleneck identification, and root cause analysis
- Strong debugging skills across Application, Database, Middleware, and Infrastructure layers
- Experience with monitoring/APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana, etc.
- Positive understanding of Web/API Performance Testing (REST/SOAP)
- Knowledge of SQL, Linux, and log analysis
- Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts.
- Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks.
- Work closely with Development, DBA, Infrastructure, and Architecture teams to resolve issues.
- Prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.
