We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Medical Equipment Sales Manager to drive sales growth and market expansion for our innovative medical device portfolio in the Cardiology, CSSD, and Infection Control domains.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, customer engagement abilities, and a passion for healthcare technology. This role offers excellent exposure to product launches, product demonstrations, customer relationship management, and nationwide business development.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales of the Catheter Balloon Reprocessing System, Ventilator Disinfection System, and Megasonic Washer.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned targets.
- Identify new business opportunities within hospitals, cath labs, ICUs, and healthcare institutions.
- Build strong relationships with doctors, biomedical engineers, procurement teams, and hospital administrators.
Product Demonstration, Training, Installation
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals and hospital staff.
- Conduct product installations and ensure smooth onboarding for customers.
- Coordinate current product launches across target markets.
