Job Summary :

We are seeking a driven and experienced Manager/Senior Manager - QlikSense to lead our Business Intelligence (BI) team.

You will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and strategic use of QlikSense across the organization, empowering data-driven decision making.

This role requires a strong understanding of QlikSense development, data integration, and a proven ability to manage and lead a team.

Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership :

- Develop and implement a comprehensive QlikSense strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives.

- Identify opportunities to leverage QlikSense for advanced analytics and data visualization.

- Advocate for the value of BI and ensure user adoption of QlikSense across the organization.

QlikSense Development and Management :

- Lead the development and deployment of robust and scalable QlikSense applications.

- Ensure data quality and integrity within QlikSense applications.

- Implement security measures and access controls for QlikSense applications.

Team Management :

- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of QlikSense developers and analysts.

- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.

- Delegate tasks and provide clear performance expectations.

Collaboration and Communication :





- Partner with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable insights through QlikSense applications.

- Effectively communicate complex data and analytics concepts to diverse audiences.

- Develop and maintain solid relationships with IT and other departments.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement :

- Stay abreast of the latest QlikSense features and functionalities.

- Identify and implement new technologies and best practices to enhance QlikSense development and user experience.

- Continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of BI processes within the organization.

Qualifications :

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics (adjust X based on your needs).

- Proven experience managing and leading a team of BI professionals.

- In-depth knowledge of QlikSense development, data modeling, and scripting techniques.

- Strong understanding of data integration concepts and tools.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

- Experience working with stakeholders at all levels to translate data into actionable insights.

- Proven ability to manage projects effectively and deliver results on time and within budget.
