Job Description AR Caller (US Healthcare)
Experience-0.6 month-2 yrs(Must in denials)
Job Title: AR Caller - US Healthcare
Location: Chennai
Work Days: Monday to Friday
Shift: Night Shift (US Process)
Transport: Two-way cab provided
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US insurance companies for claim follow-ups
- Work on denied, pending, and unpaid claims
- Analyze AR reports and take necessary actions
- Resolve billing and payment issues
- Update claim status accurately in the system
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets
Eligibility Criteria
- Any degree
- Positive English communication skills (mandatory)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Willingness to work in night shift
