We are seeking a hands-on Senior Dot Net AI Solutions Engineer (C# + .Net Core + React + Azure AI + US Healthcare) with a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) mindset to bridge healthcare business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will partner directly with stakeholders, architect and build scalable cloud-native applications, leverage AI capabilities, and drive measurable business outcomes across healthcare payer operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with healthcare business stakeholders to understand workflows, challenges, and objectives.
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable end-to-end solutions spanning applications, APIs, integrations, data platforms, and AI capabilities.
- Leverage AI/LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, and automation to improve healthcare operations and engineering productivity.
- Drive cloud engineering, DevOps, modernization, and operational excellence.
- Own the complete solution lifecycle from discovery and architecture through deployment and production support.
- Mentor teams and promote engineering excellence, innovation, and reusable frameworks.





Healthcare Domain Expertise Experience in one or more of the following areas: Claims Processing & Adjudication, Member Enrollment & Eligibility, Provider Management, Healthcare EDI (HIPAA X12), Benefits Administration, Prior Authorization, Care Management, Utilization Management, Grievance & Appeals, Payment Integrity, or Clinical Operations.

Preferred: Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, healthcare APIs, and interoperability standards.

Technical Skills

- 7+ years to 12 years of relevant experience on the technologies required as below.
- Full-Stack Engineering: .NET Core/C#, Python, contemporary front-end frameworks, REST APIs, microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases, and event-driven architectures.
- Cloud & Platform Engineering: Azure cloud-native development, Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions, CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, and scalable secure architectures.
- AI & Intelligent Automation: Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled software engineering practices.
