Role & responsibilities

- He / She will be part of the Regional HR Leadership team and work with the HR Leaders to define & execute the HR strategy for the facilitation center & mother hubs in organization.
- Manage relationships with internal customers, partnering with them in building a robust People charter and scale up the organization as per business requirements.
- Be the leader with HR subject matter expertise & align HR best practices to business needs and employee.

Preferred candidate profile

- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
- Prior experience in managing contractual workforce/Unions.
- Experience in Mass hiring & bulk hiring.
- Experience in IR/ER, local labour laws and compliance.
- Strong business and HR acumen, including robust problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.
- Demonstrated ability to coach managers and supervisors to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation.
- The optimum candidate should possess an understanding of SC teams and how to grow and develop SC leaders
