Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, support, and enhancement projects with strong knowledge of HR business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from HR stakeholders.
- Participate in implementation, enhancement, testing, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide effective solutions.
- Prepare project documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Hands-on experience in one or more HCM modules:
- Core HR
