Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Recruitment & Manager to lead large-scale blue-collar recruitment operations in Chennai / Coimbatore Locations. The role involves managing Blue Collar recruiter teams, building manpower supply networks, and ensuring timely hiring and deployment.

We are looking for a "Recruitment & Operations Manager" with minimum 8 to 15 to year experience in non-IT.

Note : This position is only for Male Candidates

Role & responsibilities





- Minimum 8+ Years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment in Blue Collar, Area Recruitment Executive hiring or Contract Labour management,

- Experience in NAPS, NATS hiring, etc is an added advantage

- Experience in Client Co-ordination and follow ups for recruitment needs, employee & Recruiters deputation, etc

- Knowledge in Client Payroll and payment follow ups, etc

- Positive in Team in handling, positive attitude, Interpersonal skill

Immediate joiner / Short notice period is an added advantage

Preferred candidate profile :

Candidate with Any Degree / Diploma.
