Were looking for an anchor resource with 7+ years of experience in AI/ML/NLP, capable of leading teams and engaging directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead AI/ML/NLP project delivery for global clients
- Manage production-grade AI systems and resolve live issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data, DevOps, and Product)
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
- Participate in client discussions and solution architecture

Required Experience:

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML/NLP development and deployment
- Solid expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and NLP frameworks (Transformers, LangChain, LLM tuning, etc)
- Proven track record of delivering production AI/ML systems
- Experience in client engagement and technical leadership

Location: Delhi NCR,Bangalore,Chennai,Pune,Kolkata,Ahmedabad,Mumbai,Hyderabad
