Role & responsibilities

* Hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment.

* Strong sourcing experience using Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and Boolean search.

* Good understanding of US IT technologies and technical job roles.

* Knowledge of US work authorizations including US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, H4 EAD, OPT, CPT, TN Visa, and GC-EAD.

* Experience working with Direct Clients, MSP, and VMS requirements is preferred.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented workplace.

* Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.

Preferred candidate profile

* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

* Experience recruiting across technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, ERP (SAP/Oracle), Salesforce, and Infrastructure.

* Experience with ATS tools and recruitment metrics is an added advantage.
