The Master Trainer (PCMBZ) serves as Avanti Fellows' instructional expert for JEE/NEET preparation, responsible for strengthening teaching quality across programs through teacher training, coaching, curriculum support, and academic leadership.
This role works closely with teachers, academic leads, and program teams to build educator capacity, improve classroom instruction, and ensure high-quality implementation of JEE/NEET-focused learning programs. Through structured career development, classroom coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives, the Master Trainer directly contributes to improved student learning outcomes and equitable access to STEM education.
