- Perform in-process quality inspections for injection moulded components.
- Conduct First Piece Approval (FPA) and Line Clearance before production.
- Monitor critical dimensions using measuring instruments.
- Handle customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Perform Root Cause Analysis using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and Pareto Analysis.
- Ensure compliance with Control Plans, SOPs, and Inspection Standards.
- Conduct process audits, layered process audits (LPA), and product audits.
- Coordinate with Production, Tool Room, and Maintenance teams to resolve quality issues.
- Verify mould changes, machine settings, and process parameters from a quality perspective.
- Review daily rejection reports and implement actions to reduce defects.
- Maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, and traceability records.
- Support internal, customer, and certification audits.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement and Kaizen activities.
