Role Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Technical Customer Support Executive to provide prompt and effective support to customers through chat, email, and phone. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience who are passionate about customer service and eager to build a career in technical support while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Core Responsibilities

1. Customer Support

- Respond to customer queries through chat, email, and phone.
- Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer concerns.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant internal teams when required.

2. Ticket Management

- Log, track, and update customer issues in the ticketing system.
- Monitor ticket status and ensure timely follow-ups until resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.

3. Customer Experience Coordination

- Deliver professional and courteous support to customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Eligibility:

- Any Bachelors Degree.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

Required Skills:

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Tamil, English, and Hindi (Mandatory).
- Basic understanding of customer support processes.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems such as Freshdesk, Zoho Desk, or Jira.
