Roles :

• 3+ years of experience in digital advertising operations, paid social campaign

management, or ad operations

• Hands-on experience with social advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager or

similar

• Ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate findings into actionable

recommendations

• Solid attention to detail with high quality control standards across setup, execution,

and reporting workflows

• Proficiency with campaign tracking tools including UTM structures, conversion tracking,

and web event verification

• Ability to follow structured SOPs, checklists, and templates with consistency and

accuracy

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills for documentation and internal

reporting

• Ability to operate with urgency while maintaining composure under pressure
