Position: Civil Engineer (Site)

Experience: 0 to 5 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor work execution to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Ensure work is completed as per project schedule while maintaining quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify deviations, if any.
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage at the site.
- Verify measurements and support billing activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.




- Maintain daily progress reports and other site documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve site-related issues.
- Assist in planning, execution, and timely completion of assigned project activities.
- Support senior engineers in technical and operational tasks.

Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 05 years of experience in residential building construction.
- Freshers with a solid willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of RCC, finishing works, and construction methodologies.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites across Chennai.
