Position Summary -

Work you'll do
As an Operations Senior Associate on the Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for:
* Monitor business-critical applications and infrastructure using tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, Azure Monitor, SolarWinds, Datadog, and Nagios to identify anomalies, establish baselines, and support actionable alerting.
* Coordinate incident response activities, including triage, escalation, bridge management, ticket routing, status tracking, and participation in post-incident reviews and root cause analysis.
* Maintain and enhance knowledge assets, including standard operating procedures, knowledge base articles, and known error documentation, to improve first-line support and reduce dependency on subject matter specialists.
* Identify recurring issues and support automation and shift-left initiatives through process documentation, scripting opportunities, and recommendations to improve monitoring, detection, and remediation.
* Collaborate with infrastructure, application, operations, product, and vendor teams to support service continuity, track operational metrics such as mean time to detect and mean time to resolve, and contribute to 24x7x365 service coverage through shift-based support.

Location: Chennai/Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM, 2 PM to 11 PM, 6 PM to 3 AM

Qualifications Required:
* 7-9 years of experience in IT operations, network operations center (NOC), security operations center (SOC), incident management, or application support in a 24/7 setting
* Experience using monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, Azure Monitor, Nagios, SolarWinds, or Datadog, and information technology service management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow or Jira
* Experience configuring alerts, building dashboards, and performing real-time monitoring for business-critical applications and infrastructure
* Experience coordinating or participating in major incident resolution, including bridge facilitation, ticket escalation, stakeholder communication, and post-incident reviews
* Experience documenting and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), knowledge bases, and known error databases
* Experience with scripting or automation tools such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash
* Experience generating operational metrics and reports, including mean time to detect (MTTD) and mean time to resolve (MTTR)

Preferred:
* Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
* ITIL Foundation certification or other information technology service management credentials
* Experience supporting on-premises data center infrastructure and cloud or hybrid cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or Amazon Web Services
* Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments or managed services environments
* Experience working with configuration management databases and service-level agreements
* Experience working with third-party vendors and cross-functional teams
