We are looking for an experienced Wiring Harness Lead to drive end-to-end project execution for vehicle development programs, ensuring timely delivery, cross-functional coordination, and successful implementation of wiring harness and electrical architecture solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery of Wiring Harness programs across multiple vehicle platforms.
- Manage project scope, schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and resource planning to ensure on-time delivery.
- Drive project governance, gateway deliverables, program reviews, and risk mitigation throughout the vehicle development lifecycle.
- Coordinate with platform teams, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution.
- Track E-BOM readiness, software releases, validation status, engineering changes, and vehicle build requirements.




- Monitor project MIS, KPIs, cost control, and budget adherence while driving continuous improvements.
- Support scope finalization, budget estimation, supplier coordination, contracts, and knowledge management initiatives.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical and program-related issues through effective stakeholder management.
- Required Skills & Experience

- 6-12 years of experience in the Automotive Industry with expertise in Wiring Harness, Electrical Distribution Systems (EDS), Electrical Architecture, and Project/Program Management.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional automotive projects from concept to production.
- Solid understanding of the vehicle development lifecycle, gateway management, and engineering release processes.
- Experience in supplier management, validation, release management, budgeting, cost control, and risk management.
- Strong project planning, stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
