Job Title: HCC Certified Coder

Experience:

- Minimum 1+ year of experience in HCC Coding

Location:

- Chennai
- Hyderabad

Notice Period:

- Immediate joiners or candidates serving an acceptable notice period are preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

- Review medical records to identify patient diagnoses and treatments.
- Assign accurate ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes.
- Map diagnoses to Hierarchical Condition Categories (HCC).
- Ensure coding accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry standards.
- Audit medical records and clinical documentation.
- Provide coding guidance and feedback to physicians and healthcare providers.
- Support clinical documentation improvement and compliance initiatives.

Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of HCC Coding
- Proficiency in ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong understanding of medical coding guidelines and compliance

Certification (Mandatory):

- CRC / CPC / CCS (Any one)
