Job Description:

We are hiring for the role of Claims Management Processor to deliver end-to-end insurance claims processing services. The role involves handling claims efficiently, ensuring accuracy, and supporting process improvements in the insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process insurance claims from initiation to closure
- Verify claim details, documents, and eligibility
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with defined processes
- Identify discrepancies and resolve issues in claims
- Maintain records and update internal systems
- Meet SLA timelines and quality standards
- Support continuous improvement in claims processes

Candidate Profile:

- Any Graduate
- 01 year of experience (Freshers can apply)
- Positive communication and analytical skills




- Basic knowledge of insurance (preferred but not mandatory)
- Willing to work in night shifts
