Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow UI / Experience Engineer / Playbook Engineer with strong expertise in ServiceNow UX frameworks, Workspace development, UI Builder, and Playbook implementation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building modern user experiences, configuring Playbooks, integrating workflows, and enabling workspace-driven execution within the ServiceNow platform.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable, user-friendly, and workflow-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop modern user experiences using ServiceNow UX Frameworks.
- Build and customize Next Experience and Agent Workspaces using UI Builder.




- Develop responsive and reusable UI components within the ServiceNow platform.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow Playbooks for guided process execution.
- Implement workspace-based operational and execution workflows.
- Configure guided commissioning and task-driven execution experiences.
- Integrate UI Builder components with Flow Designer and automation workflows.
- Configure and manage Data Brokers for data orchestration and integration.
- Develop and customize Performance Analytics (PA) widgets and dashboards.
- Support branding, theming, and UI customization requirements.
- Collaborate with architects and platform teams on UX design and implementation strategies.
- Ensure platform best practices, maintainability, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Participate in requirement discussions, solution design, and technical reviews.
- Troubleshoot UI/UX-related issues and optimize user experience across devices.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow UI Builder.
- Expertise in Next Experience and Workspace development.
- Experience working with ServiceNow UX Frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Playbooks and guided workflows.
- Experience with Flow Designer and workflow integrations.
- Hands-on experience configuring Data Brokers.
- Experience in developing responsive UI components.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow branding and theming.
- Experience with Performance Analytics (PA) widgets and dashboards.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting including Client Scripts, Script Includes, and APIs.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Experience working on enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
